Each item at The Workbench Kitchen is made by hand from start to finish using local woods. We use The Real Milk Company's Half & Half, a mixture of Tung Oil and Citrus to finish our products. The finish is all-natural, non-toxic and food safe. Unlike other wood utensils out there, we do not use any petroleum derivatives like mineral oil or waxes such as beeswax that could melt when cooking.
